There are tons of food and objects that vegans don't use, these are just a few to help your understanding.

What are the benefits of being a vegan? 

The benefit of becoming a vegan is having a lower risk of chronic diseases such as diabetes and high blood pressure. This is because a vegan diet has vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants which lower the chances of having chronic diseases. Also, you can lose weight or have better weight management. This is because vegan foods are low in calories and high in fiber (which causes you to become fuller) but this is dependable on your consumption.
