Banana, Kiwi, & Strawberry Smoothie
Serving: 5-7 cups Total Time: 5-15min
Disclaimer: if the smoothie is too thick add a little more milk to thin it out, If the smoothie is too thin add some more ice to thicken it.
Ingredients:
1 Banana
4 Kiwis
1 cup of Strawberry
2 cups of Milk or water
¼- ½ cup of Water
Optional: ¼ Greek yogurt
Optional: 1 Tbsp of Honey
Equipment:
Blender (If you don't have a blender you could use: Blender replacement.)
Optional: Cutting board
Optional: Knife
Directions:
Prep: Cut the banana into little coins and cut the kiwis and strawberries in half unless it's frozen.
Put ¼ cup of ice, 1 banana, 1 cup of milk (or water), and optionally ¼ cup of Greek yogurt in the blender. Mix until combined; then pour some into a cup.
Put ¼ of ice, 4 kiwis, 1 cup of milk, ¼ Greek yogurt, and optionally 1 Tbsp honey in the blender. Mix until combined; then pour some on top of the banana smoothie.
Put ¼ of ice, 1 cup strawberry, and ¼ to ½ cup of water then mix until combined then pour some on top of the kiwi smoothie.
