Cinnamon Pancake

Ingredients:

• 1 ½ cup of flour

• 4 teaspoon baking powder

• Pinch of salt

• 2 tablespoon sugar

• 1 egg

• 1 ¼ cup milk

• ½ teaspoon of Vanilla extract

• 3 Tbsp of cinnamon

Equipment:

• Small mixing bowl.

• Larg mixing bowl.

• Frypan                       

Directions:

1. In a large mixing bowl add flour, baking powder, and salt then whisk.

2. In a small mixing bowl add egg, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon then whisk.

3. Then add wet ingredients into the large mixing bowl and mix till combine.

4. Set the pan to medium-low heat and put oil/butter on it.

5. Add ⅓ cup of pancake batter to the pan for each pancake or you could use an ice-cream scupper.
