BST & Egg Sandwich

BST & Egg sandwich includes bacon, spinach, tomato, and fried egg.

Ingredients:
8 Beef or turkey or pork Bacon
Oil
4 slices sourdough bread
2 tablespoons butter
2 Eggs
4 tomatoes slices
Provolone cheese
6-8 spinach
Salt and pepper
(optional) Seasonings: Garlic, Oregano, salt, and pepper

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees for the turkey bacon. Place 8 pieces of bacon on a baking sheet, wrapped with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Then seasoned the bacon on one side with a dash of garlic powder and oregano with a pinch of salt and pepper on each bacon. Then put the bacon in the oven for 15 minutes.
Cook the sourdough bread or grill it.
Cook the egg (with seasoning salt, pepper).
Cut half of a tomato into 2 pieces.
To make the sandwich- place the bottom bread first, then 3-4 spinach, then 2 pieces of tomatoes (with salt and pepper), then 2 pieces of bacon after the other (making it 4), then fried egg, then bread.
