1 egg
1 ¼ cup milk
½ teaspoon of Vanilla

In a large mixing bowl add flour, baking powder, and salt then whisk.
In a small mixing bowl add egg, milk, and vanilla then whisk.
Then add wet ingredients into the large mixing bowl and mix till combine.
Set the pan to medium-low heat and put oil/butter on it.
Add ⅓ cup of pancake batter to the pan for each pancake or you could use an ice-cream scupper.
